'Open Bore well' The Hole Affair!

The whole country is watching,those who are more sensitive and religious are praying to their respective God in Mandir or Masjid {Temple or Mosque].

People are getting agitated and wants rescue operation get completed as early as possible.The Doctor with all emergency facilities,the District Collector and the local representative reporting minute to minute report of rescue operation to the local representative or Neta of that region.

Earlier that was “Prince”,now this time “Anju”.
The girl has been rescued from a 48 feet deep bore well in a rescue operation,which completed in 20 hr’s.

Such incidents are occurring again and again. Why don’t “they keep a watch on all open borehole and either shut them or close them so that such incidents doesn’t happen again.

It's really disgusting to see that despite of repeated incidents of children falling in to bore wells the government is taking no necessary steps to stop the incidents.

Elias,it’s the responsibility of the owner of the bore well to keep it covered.
Govt role is very limited.

I think the Govt. should take action against that people who are peding there work in unsecure conditions like borewell, drains etc. Especially in residential area the work must be done under the control of govt. authorities within period and they must baricates etc.

Ajmer Chouhan,yes you are right,those who are keeping them open,are responsible for such incidents.
For covering a bore well,a cement sheet is enough.
Those who keeps them open must be punished.

Blaming the parents or the children is not the remedy.. The contractors concerned should be given strict guidelines to follow in providing the borewells and they should also be made responsible for maintaining them. The Government should identify only a select few contractors to carry out this work. One way of avoiding children falling into the borewells, is by providing ”Net Traps” at atleast two points near the opening of the borewells to facilitate easier rescue operations.

That was a private bore well and almost all incidents occurred there.
