The controversies of BJP regime and their ‘doing’ are coming out like a Nuke Chain Reaction. In a shocking revelation Nuclear Scientist K. Santhanam said that India possesses only Nuclear fission device but does not have any fusion or Thermo Nuclear Device.
He said this in in a seminar organized on “Revisiting CTBT” in New Delhi, in which most of the Nuclear Expert’s view was that India must abstain from signing of CTBT.
In 1998 the Atal Behari Vajpayee’s BJP Govt announced just after Pokharan Nuke test, that India is having ‘Nuclear Fusion Device’.
Santhanam, who was then Director for 1998 test site preparations, said on Monday that the yield for the Thermo-Nuclear Test was much lower than what was claimed. Santhanam, who was DRDO’s Chief Adviser opened up the debate on whether or not India should sign CTBT as claims that India has all the data required and can manage with simulations is bound to be called into question.
Based upon the Seismic measurements and expert opinion from world over, it is clear that the yield in the Thermo-Nuclear Test was much lower than what was claimed. Santhanam Said that India should not rush into signing the CTBT.

Dear ,its unfortunate part of India that most of the indian governmens are bluffing the nation on the part of nuclear capability. The Nuclear Scientists and staff are being harrased by RAW because of some obvious reasons. There are 152 theft cases of Urinum were occured in India. Though the government has carried our deal With USA but that has futher put embargo for devopment of programme. There are reports that the programme is much behind than Pakistani Nuclear Programme.Indian goverment has taken to the programme the level of frozen.

Former National Security Advisor Brajesh Mishra has rejected senior DRDO scientist K Santhanam’s assertion that the 1998 Pokhran II nuclear tests were not fully successful.
Mishra told a private television channel that the five nuclear tests conducted in May 1998 were successful and dismissed Santhanam’s statement with regard to them.
”Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, who was then the scientific adviser to the defence ministry, had openly said that the 1998 nuclear tests conducted in Pokhran were successful. It is enough that Dr Kalam said that they were successful. Dr. Santhanam was working directly under Dr Kalam. That should set the record straight,” said Mishra

Dr. Kalam told a private television channel that the tests were successful and that a thorough review of these tests had been taken with Dr. K. Santhanam present.

In fact whenever such test took place,Satellite surveillance confirms about the nature of explosion with the magnitude of distortions.

If we take the contention of Former National Security Advisor Brajesh Mishra is correct then Indian government should find out that why Nuclear Scientist K. Santhanam said that India possesses only nuclear fission device but does not have any fusion or Thermo Nuclear Device. IAEA has already shown Concern over the security of Indian nuclear Programme. On June 13, 2009 the carcass of Indian famous nuke scientist Lokanathan Mahalingam found from Kali River. The scientist had been mysteriously disappeared from the Kaiga Atomic Power Station on June 8, 2009. Its not the only case occurred in India Earlier on November 11, 2006, Director of Uttaranchal Space Application Centre, Dr Anil Kumar Tiwari, was also shot dead by an unidentified person near his residence. About six weeks ago, another NPC non-technical employee Ravi Mule was found dead in the township. There are possibilities that earlier murdred and abducted scintists ,ight be knowing that Indian nuke tests were unsuccessful too. They might also have been taken on task for floating of similar nature of information as revealed by Santhanam.
However Indian government should take the steps to build confidence measures in the staff for avoiding security risks. IAEA should ask India government open her plants for the detailed inspection, restructuring of intelligence set up, reviewing security system of the plants, revision of enrollment procedures, pay structures and enhancement of welfare packages be ensured for avoiding other incidents and involvement of nuke staff in illegal proliferation ( if not permitted by the government ). To keep the staff at ease further harassment and picking up of the nuke employees by the RAW and other various agencies has to be stopped

We the laymen do know about the smuggling...the some khan(top nuclear scientist without a basic degree)....and what not...
people who not only live rather create glass houses should not throw stones...
and what about all the agreements that have been mede only to be trashed...illusion is for the fools....the braves can handle destiny...
and we do not have to suffer fools...

koi saher wala bhi nahin bachaye ga...

Arvind,if our most renowned senior scientist like Homi Sethna,M.R.Shrinivasan,P.K.Iyengar,A.N.Prasad are endorsing the revealation of K. Santhanam,then our Government must order a peer review to find out the actual yield figure of the so called thermonuclear fusion test of 11th may,98.

Lets forget all this inconclusive discussions for a period and understand that we the Nation, India have the capablity to have tested in 1974 without any help....then again and in betwen all the satellites along with the chandrayaan mission...all this with the world blocking us and all with our own technology....
Why we created the PARAM computers also...
Lets be proud of what we can do and what we have done....do not even forget the NANO...
Lets celebrate what we have done...can do ...and what we are going to do...
we never prostituted ourselves like many others...
